Welcome to Promocrazy. Promocrazy is a brand operated by SB Endeavors LLC. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Promocrazy website and your purchase of promotional products and related services.

By using our website, requesting a quote, placing an order, approving artwork or proofs, or purchasing products from Promocrazy, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Promocrazy

Promocrazy provides promotional products, branded merchandise, apparel, custom products, and related services.

Promocrazy may source products and services from third-party manufacturers, distributors, decorators, fulfillment providers, and other suppliers. Promocrazy does not necessarily manufacture the products it sells.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes provided by Promocrazy are estimates unless expressly identified as a final, binding quotation.

Pricing may be affected by product availability, quantity, decoration method, artwork requirements, setup charges, shipping costs, supplier pricing, taxes, tariffs, rush charges, and other applicable fees.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote.

• Product availability is subject to confirmation.

• Taxes and shipping may be additional.

• Setup, artwork, rush, or other applicable fees may apply.

• A quote does not constitute acceptance of an order.

• Supplier pricing and availability may change before an order is accepted.

An order becomes binding after Promocrazy accepts the order and receives any required payment or deposit.

3. Product Availability

Promocrazy works with a network of manufacturers and suppliers. Product availability is therefore subject to change.

If a product becomes unavailable, discontinued, backordered, or otherwise cannot reasonably be supplied, Promocrazy may offer a comparable replacement, provide an updated delivery estimate, cancel the affected portion of the order, or provide an applicable refund or credit.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of material changes.

Product photographs, colors, dimensions, materials, and specifications shown online are provided for general reference and may vary from the actual product.

4. Custom & Personalized Products

Many Promocrazy products are customized specifically for individual customers.

This may include:

• Screen printing

• Embroidery

• Digital printing

• Engraving

• Custom graphics

• Custom packaging

• Personalized products

• Customer logos and branding

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving artwork, proofs, quantities, colors, sizes, placement, and other order details before production.

Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

5. Customer Artwork & Intellectual Property

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right to provide Promorazy with any artwork, logo, photograph, trademark, service mark, design, slogan, text, or other material submitted for an order.

By submitting artwork or other materials, you represent that you own the material or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to use it.

You authorize Promocrazy and its suppliers to reproduce and use the materials as reasonably necessary to quote, produce, fulfill, and service your order.

6. Proof Approval

When applicable, Promocrazy may provide an electronic or physical proof before production.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs.

Approval of a proof confirms that the customer has reviewed and accepted the spelling, colors, logos, artwork, placement, dimensions, quantities, and other information shown in the proof.

PromoCrazy is generally not responsible for errors that were visible or reasonably identifiable in an approved proof.

7. Production & Delivery Times

Production and delivery times are estimates unless PromoCrazy expressly provides a written guaranteed date.

Delays may occur because of supplier availability, manufacturing delays, artwork approval, carrier delays, weather, transportation disruptions, shortages, labor disruptions, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Rush production and expedited shipping may be available for an additional charge and are subject to availability.

8. Shipping

PromoCrazy may use third-party manufacturers, distributors, fulfillment providers, and shipping carriers.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Customers should inspect shipments promptly after delivery and report damage, shortages, or errors in accordance with our Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy.

9. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is required before production begins.

PromoCrazy may accept credit cards, debit cards, electronic payments, checks, or other approved payment methods.

PromoCrazy may require a deposit or full payment before production.

Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, shipping charges, setup fees, rush fees, and other disclosed charges.

10. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Customers should contact PromoCrazy regarding billing or order concerns and provide us an opportunity to resolve legitimate issues before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights provided by applicable law.

PromoCrazy may provide order documentation, proofs, communications, delivery records, and other relevant information to payment processors or financial institutions when responding to a disputed transaction.

11. Manufacturer Warranties

Some products may be covered by warranties provided by the original manufacturer.

Where applicable, PromoCrazy may assist customers with manufacturer warranty claims.

PromoCrazy does not independently provide a manufacturer’s warranty unless expressly stated in writing.

12. Product Safety & Compliance

PromoCrazy generally relies on manufacturers and suppliers for product specifications, warnings, certifications, labeling, and regulatory compliance.

Customers should review applicable manufacturer instructions, warnings, certifications, and limitations.

If a customer requires a product meeting a specific certification, regulatory standard, material specification, or other requirement, that requirement must be communicated to PromoCrazy before ordering.

PromoCrazy does not independently certify products unless expressly stated in writing.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PromoCrazy and SB Endeavors LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to an order, product, delay, shipment, website use, or service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromoCrazy’s total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount actually paid to PromoCrazy for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. Customer Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, customers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SB Endeavors LLC, PromoCrazy, and their owners, employees, contractors, suppliers, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from:

• Customer-supplied artwork or intellectual property;

• Alleged copyright, trademark, patent, publicity, or privacy violations;

• Unauthorized use of third-party names, logos, images, or content;

• Customer instructions or specifications;

• Customer’s unlawful or improper use of products; or

• Customer’s violation of these Terms.

15. Website Content

PromoCrazy makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate website information.

However, product descriptions, photographs, prices, specifications, availability information, and other website content may contain errors or become outdated.

PromoCrazy reserves the right to correct errors and update information at any time.

16. Third-Party Websites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, catalogs, manufacturers, suppliers, and other resources.

PromoCrazy does not control or guarantee the accuracy, availability, security, privacy practices, or content of third-party websites.

17. Acceptable Website Use

You agree not to use the PromoCrazy website to:

• Violate applicable laws;

• Submit fraudulent information;

• Interfere with website operation;

• Introduce malicious software or code;

• Attempt unauthorized access;

• Systematically copy website content without authorization;

• Impersonate another person or business; or

• Submit unlawful, threatening, defamatory, or infringing content.

18. PromoCrazy Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, PromoCrazy website content, branding, logos, graphics, text, designs, and original materials are owned by or licensed to SB Endeavors LLC.

Customer-owned trademarks and artwork remain the property of their respective owners.

19. Force Majeure

PromoCrazy will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, supplier failures, transportation disruptions, labor disputes, shortages, government actions, war, terrorism, cyber incidents, utility failures, pandemics, or similar events.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

21. Changes to These Terms

PromoCrazy may update these Terms from time to time.

The current version will be posted on this website with its effective date.

Changes will not retroactively modify an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed upon by the parties.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with an applicable quotation, order confirmation, approved proof, written customer agreement, and incorporated policies, constitute the agreement governing the applicable transaction.

If these Terms conflict with a separately signed written agreement, the signed agreement will control.
